Eyebrow Art

One of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had. When I walked in, the technician was applying cream to her own face — and when it was my turn, she didn’t even wash her hands. I had to ask her to before touching my face, and instead of apologizing, she looked annoyed and acted like I was the one being unreasonable. She lazily rubbed on some hand sanitizer and carried on like basic hygiene was optional. The seat and surrounding area weren’t disinfected between customers. I was wordlessly signaled to sit down less than a minute after the last client left. She rushed through the threading in under two minutes, barely acknowledged me, and skipped the cooling gel she had just offered the customer before me. Went in and lady did not disinfect seats and area. I was waiting for her to finish a customer and not even a minute after she finished I was called (not even called more like signaled to get up) next to sit in the SAME seat. Did not care at all was rude and did not say a word the whole time. Only took 2 minutes to thread eyebrows and rushed the process. Usually they apply a cooling gel or whatever and not even that I got offered when I heard her offer the customer before me. Will not be coming back. Just go to the Fairfield mall !!

Unprofessional, sloppy and very rushy don’t waste your time and money last time I’ll ever come here which is unfortunate because the last few times she was very pleasant not sure what happened this go around but definitely not worth the money spent.

This is my second and last visit. Upon arrival, She was sitting on the couch did not even greet us. I told her what I wanted and she looked at me with no response. After a few seconds of awkward silence she finally got up . She not only was very rough but was super quick. Did not take her time and left my eyebrows jagged. My wife went next and she didn’t even get all the hair from her ! She must not like lesbian couples……

i’ve been looking for a place that does quick and excellent threading! this place was fantastic!
