Naaz is absolutely the best! She’s not only amazing at what she does, but she’s also so warm and welcoming that every appointment feels effortless. My brows have never looked this good—she shapes them perfectly and somehow makes them look natural while still clean and defined. I always leave feeling more confident. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes her time to make sure everything is perfect. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my eyebrows. Highly recommend her to anyone who wants to look and feel their best!

My services by Kalika are always 10/10. She is very professional and polite during every visit. Definitely would recommend this eyebrow threading location and ask for Kalika.

Cost a couple of dollars more than the others in the mall. We'll worth it. This is the only place I would go. Naaz paid attention to my eyebrows. Naaz noticed the difference in the appearance of my eyebrows(I had cancer. It damaged my eyebrow pattern). Naaz took care of that. You wouldn't even notice. I would not get my eyebrows done if I didn't have my tip.🥰

Finally leaving my review after 2 years. Naz does an incredible job on my eyebrows. She listens to my requests as one eyebrow tends to be thinner than the other. I highly recommend Eyebrow Lounge to anyone and everyone. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Called at 5:28 on a Sunday, no answer. But the number texted something like “Sorry, I can’t talk right now.” So we texted at 5:29 to say I’d be coming and would be there at 5:50. Received no answer. Got there at 5:50 PM, which is 10 minutes before closing. Only one worker was in there, I believe it is the woman who’s not the owner. No customers. The woman shut the chain door in our faces while saying “Naz is not here, she’ll be here after 4 tomorrow” and i said “that’s ok, can’t come tomorrow, can you do my eyebrows?” And she said “no.” Closing 10 minutes before close time because you see a customer walking up is bad enough, but doing it while looking me dead in the face is infuriating. I remained calm, but after going here for almost 2 years, I will not be back. Absolutely ridiculous and
