Eyebrow Palace

I wouldn’t recommend the eyebrow waxing service there. 1) my eyebrows ended up looking like lost twins, one is thinner than the other one. And they don’t even look cleaned there’s so much hair left on the outsides. Lack of communication from worker. My eyebrows look CHOPPED they weren’t even outlined properly

I scheduled a micro blading here about three weeks ago. I say it took me more than a year to actually do it. I am very pleased with the service Chhaya provided. She drew and provided me with a view of the shape and width prior to the procedure, which looked too think for me but she said that they get slimmed since the procedure is done inside the drawing. She also does a touch up appointment. My eyebrows are really thin and they don’t grow. So this was the best option for me and they turned out great. I love my new eyebrows. I guess she had a bad day, 1996 just called and asked for my eyebrows back. They are soooooo thin, and pretty naked on the sides. I can take that because that’s the risk going somewhere new. What is sending me into a spiral is that she took to much out from the middle on one side and left to much into the middle on the other side presumably to compensate. So I look like I drew pencil thin eyebrows on while drunk. I didn’t put my glasses on until I left, enjoy my tip I guess.

I've been here a couple of times, but today was one of the worst jobs I've ever had done on my eyebrows. I get it sometimes they have a line of people waiting , and they need to do multiple people in a row. But you can't sacrifice quality because of being rushed. And Today Both my eyebrows lost their form completely. Its very frustrating because im trying to get it fixed over and over, and this sets me back for months until I can get someone professional to do some quality work on them. Im sorry, but you guys sometimes have done a good job, but lately, last 2 times, my eyebrows got destroyed because of being so rushed. And I do care a lot about my eyebrows. I just ask to please remember to always provide the best quality work for us that pay for eyebrows to get fixed and cleaned.

new girl does not take her time at all , neither mine or my friends eyebrows were finished. Completely uneven. The other lady never disappointed me, but the younger girl obviously does not care about customer satisfaction. Completely unprofessional she told us to wait was eating, watching tv, and completely messed up our brows. Never washed hands between eating and doing our service either.
