Eyebrow Threading Galaxy Inc

Service was average at best. I got my eyebrows threaded and it was definitely less painful than other salons in the area, and the technician took her time. However , my brows were definitely not even at the end and they looked more like distant cousins than sisters. I asked her to clean up the end of my left brow because it was way thicker than the other one, so I wanted it to match. She hesitated at first before removing some more hair. I looked in the mirror and they were still not even and one was visibly thinner than the other, but at that point I decided to just pay and finish the job at home. The threading was 8.50 without tip, but I’d rather pay more elsewhere for a proper service.

The job was clean but very harsh - I have never turned so red and irritated after a threading session and I’ve been getting threaded every month for 10 years. The tech was sweet until she asked for a tip at the register (which surprised me - usually they turn the pay machine to you, and let you choose, which she did not do although I saw the tip screen clearly. I also have never tipped for threading services before and don’t believe it’s a regular part of the industry. Once again I have been getting threaded for 10 years with at least 5 different businesses). She she became rude when I said I’d tip a dollar. I had been quoted $14 for the service last week, but she charged me $16.89 - I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to cause a scene and left quickly. Clearly she wanted more of a

They are the most attention detailed, kind hearted folks I have ever gotten my eyebrows done by! Nisha on Mondays is my favorite! No one does it like she does!! Very clean, very fast. 10/10

This place is horrible!! I went for to wax my eyebrow, because my skin is very sensitive and it get irritated fast. and all the suddenly she started and she has for gotten when I told her waxing please. But she started using the threading and I said wax please. I don't get it!! Plus she messed my eyebrow they were getting irritated already I ask do you wax the first time she got me so mad that I gave the that. look.she was going to fast with the rest of the client she was doing someone eyelashes and she didn't like them at all..I feel sorry who eve gos there

Terrible service and very rude. I went in on 12/28 at 6:20 pm and she tells me what I would like. So I tell her a wax then she tells me they closed. This is the second time. Don’t offer a service you can’t provide then be rude about it when a customer comes in for it. Didn’t look closed to me smh.
