We booked a head treatment for Mother’s Day. We tried calling the lady for three days straight to confirm before Mother’s Day, however she sadly didn’t answer. The appointment was canceled and it never happened. Very unprofessional. No text or email to confirm anything. Very disorganised .
Unfortunately I can not leave a review on the service since I was cancelled on, the day off and completely ignored. To make everything worse it was on Mother’s Day and this was also supposed to be a gift to my mother.
i highly recommend this service my scalp feels great
