absolutely so nice & kind in there, wonderful service and they did such a fantastic job on my nails. 1000/10, definitely coming back.

DO NOT COME HERE. Terrible customer service. I wouldn’t even give them a star at all. For context, this nail salon is located in the Midwood section of Brooklyn. I went in for a pedicure and ended up leaving without receiving any service. When I arrived, the worker told me to sit down and pick a color. While I was sitting there waiting, several other customers came in and were helped immediately. At first, I assumed they had appointments, which is completely understandable. However, no one communicated this to me or gave me any estimate of how long the wait would be. After sitting there for quite some time with no acknowledgment or update, I decided to gather my things and leave. What made the experience even worse was that as I walked out, no one said a word—no apology, no explanation,

I did my nails with marry she is amazing and so kind and friendly she did so professional wow I never loved my nails so much I wanted them sheer and it was perfect ❤️

The manicurist painted over all of my cuticles and did not fix it. I told him to put 15% tip on my card. He calculated the tip AFTER the tax. That is stealing!!! When I asked “how much is the service without tip and tax?” he wouldn’t tell me and said that he wouldn’t have calculated the tip after tax if I had paid in cash. Thats not how things work! You don’t get to steal from me just because I pay with a credit card. He couldn’t fix the bad manicure he gave me because it was gel and the manicure came out to almost 40 dollars after he tipped himself way more than I told him to. I will not be returning.
