FABULOUS NAILS SPA

This was my nail salon for years until the staff became very rude and unprofessional. There is no greeting when walking in and no one asking what service you need. Services are rushed and the quality depends on who does your nails and if they feel like doing them. They will disregard your place in line or wait time for “call in appointments” no matter the inconvenience. Very disappointed and will not return or recommend.

Quality service no longer exists with Fabulous Nails. IF you want quality nails, you may want to stick with press-on nails, you will not achieve a quality look with this nail salon. My nails are not even in length and some of the tips where placed on crooked. My cuticles are NEVER trimmed and treated. Cuticles are important to the overall look, once finished. The polish is not evenly applied across the nail bed; a waste of $35 for a full set. This is my last time wasting money with this salon. Three times in a row, I have not been satisfied with the quality of the service I’ve received. I definitely would recommend using the owner Kim of the salon as your nail tech, the quality of her work has diminished. The photos are actually doing wonders. Trust me, IF you think these nails look HALF

Literally cried. I made this my consistent nail salon after the first couple of trips here. The service, cleanliness and quality of work use to be great. Now they just DO NOT care about any of that anymore just getting money. Very disappointing being ppl pay a lot for their services and they just seem to not pay attention to detail anymore or even care if the customer leaves happy. And the prices they have listed don’t match the prices you pay. It’s just horrible now and I hate that cause it use to be a really nice place. This was my last visit. And my man gon be mad about my toes too cause they not looking how I wanted them to at all 🥹

My doctor told me to get some self care, so I decided to get a pedicure. I chose this place because they also wax. The staff are nice, professional, and sanitary. I feel wonderful, and my feet are prepared for summer and sandals. I will return every three weeks for an update.
