I had the most amazing HydraFacial experience with Isabella at Face Foundrie! From the moment I walked in, everything felt welcoming, clean, and professional. Isabella took the time to explain each step of the treatment and customized it to exactly what my skin needed. My skin felt instantly refreshed, deeply hydrated, and glowing especially around my face and neck area. You can truly see and feel the difference. I visited Face Foundry initially for an eyebrow wax and tint, and later returned a few weeks afterward for an eyelash lift and tint. Overall, both services were very well done. My technician, Bay, was friendly, professional, and made the experience comfortable. The quality of the services was excellent, and I was pleased with the results both times. One small concern was that the eyebrow tint seemed to fade after about a week; however, when I returned for the lash lift, my technician thoughtfully touched it up, which I greatly appreciated. The space itself is clean, modern, and aesthetically pleasing. That said, the service areas are separated by curtains rather than fully enclosed rooms. What a relaxing and inviting experience! My facial was just as relaxing and my results were exactly what I was hoping for. I will be back for more when I get back from my trip. My time was limited on this visit but so thankful Kendal was so sweet and provided excellent services.
