FACE FOUNDRIÉ - Naples

The place is pretty, clean and has great lighting! Staff is friendly , nice music plays while you’re getting your facial. I had the glow facial with added dermaplaning. I think they offer great pricing and I enjoyed my service with Maria who was kind and answered all of my questions. It’s not spa relax vibes it’s more med spa vibes for getting your facial done at any time of the day! Would come back 😊

This review does not reflect my actual facial. My facial with Heather was amazing, she’s very knowledgeable and attentive. I actually switched from the Estero location to the Naples location because I liked her facials so much. 5 stars for the actual facial. What gets the 2 stars is the customer experience. I had an appointment last Saturday at 3pm. I got a text stating the Naples car show was happening and to plan accordingly for parking. I left my place an hour early to allow myself time for parking, but found a spot right away. I got to the appointment about 15min early and checked myself in. Beautiful, clean spa. Friendly faces all around. I've been coming here for a while now and very happy with the services offered (face and brows). The monthly membership is a good value, especially if you're into peels and dermaplaning. I always look forward to my visits and very happy with the results, every time. Thanks Face Foundrie!

I really enjoyed my experience! I’ve been to a few different Face Foundriē locations, and Elena is one of my favorites. She was the first esty who made skincare feel truly approachable. She took her time, never rushed me, and was so thoughtful when answering my questions about products and how they work together. The best part is that she actually recommended a product that worked for my skin! I often try things that don’t make much of a difference, but this one really did. I’m excited to keep seeing Elena, and if you’re in the area—whether you live here, are here seasonally, or just passing through—I’d highly recommend visiting her!
