Customer Reviews
I am a regular at Face II. A standout for me has been Gigi. She is experienced, thorough and warm. The ambiance is of cleanliness, and most importantly devoid of chaos. When I come here, I can truly rest.
A nice luxurious spa in Chinatown! I walked past them and decided to give them a go. The spot is decorated so nicely, it feels very relaxing. I got the deep cleansing pore facial ($139) and my esthetician Ada was very thorough and gentle with the extractions. The whole facial was 2 hours and she gave me a nice lengthy massage. The only thing that bothered me was the door was left opened the entire facial, except for the mask portion (the end). It’s pricier than most spots in Chinatown and while it’s a good quality facial, I personally didn’t see an astounding difference that would encourage me to pay triple the price—I paid $171 with tip total. I’m very glad I tried it. I personally will not return, but enjoyed the experience!
The services are good, and cheaper than western owned salons. It’s clean. The ladies are very nice. But little things bug add up to be annoying: 1) They don’t accept Amex. 2) They don’t have Tap To Pay. 3) There’s just one trash can in the whole place except the bathroom. It’s a tiny can. I was there at 4:30 on a Friday and the trash cans were to the brim. No one thought of to change the garbage bags. 4) They insist that you put these stupid plastic covers over your shoes. It’s annoying to put on, but a pain to take off. 5) The ladies talk loudly. You can’t really relax.
Excellent service. Very friendly staffs. I flew from AZ and I will be back 👍❤️
My recent skincare session was nothing short of amazing. Struggling with uneven skin tone and persistent acne, I found a remarkable solution in Ann's treatment approach. She applied a specialized mask that impressively balanced my skin tone in just one session. The extraction process, though unique, yielded stunning results, leaving my skin clear and radiant. Remarkably, I experienced no new breakouts for three weeks following the treatment. Encouraged by these results, I am now planning to incorporate these sessions into my monthly skincare routine.
