Kyle did an amazing job on my CoolPeel laser treatment last week! He was super informative, friendly and showed extra attention to detail based on my skin concerns. He and the staff made sure I went home with instructions and everything I needed to have a smooth recovery! Face Lab is always a treat to visit. From the clean and beautiful office to the welcoming staff and quality products and services. Their monthly specials offer something great every time. They are truly the best!

From the moment I walked into the office, it was a great experience. The staff was very nice, the atmosphere was welcoming and adorable and everything was so clean! Haley did an excellent job on my xeomin. She was so sweet and took the time to explain what xeomin was vs Botox. She pointed out areas that could use some help with the xeomin and I couldn’t be more happier with my visit. Out of all of the offices I’ve been to, this was the BEST experience. I’m already looking forward to my next visit and looking into other skincare services that they offer!

Face Lab has the best customer service. The minute you walk in the door you're greeted with an upbeat welcome and smiles. Kyle and Rachel have always taken great care of me when I am there. Clearly and patiently explaining what they do to help my face look great. They educate me on how to care for my skin. Highly recommend going to the Face Lab to be treated great and get great results to look your best.

When I tell you Kyle is thorough, I mean it! He truly knows his stuff and always takes the time to address my specific concerns. My skin looks amazing thanks to his expertise and care. Most recently, I had the MOXI procedure done, and Kyle’s follow-up was exceptional—he checked in on my progress and made sure I was healing well every step of the way. The office itself is beautiful, and the entire team is warm and welcoming. And let’s not forget about the specials—they always have great deals that make treating yourself even better! Highly recommend Kyle and the team for anyone serious about their skin.

I am giving 3 stars only for the niceness and cleanliness of the facility, other than that my service (lip filler at the monthly special for $450) was awful. Haley was amazing however the filler did not last in my lips longer than a month and a half. It was my first time getting lip filler (I had gotten the lip flip a week or so prior) and I am truly thinking about getting them done again else where. The special only allowed you to get one brand which was the versa lip +. I feel like it was a huge waste of my money. I never spend that much money on anything for myself and I figured to treat myself being I was told it'd last 6 months to a year (by facelab) so I figured it wasn't too much since it was (SUPPOSED TO) going to last that long. I am very upset I spent such an amount for the fille
