I had an absolutely wonderful spa day very recently with Jacqui a seasoned employee!! I had a fantastic facial, a hand massage and an eyelash tint! It all was better than wonderful!!! I highly recommend a visit to get spoiled, justly so!! Worth every penny…! Come on girls… time for some self indulgence!!

Oh my GOSH. I just had a facial with Paige and it was AMAZING. From the heated bed, to the calming music, to her gentle touch and massages, I truly could not have left feeling more relaxed. I’ve had many massages at other places, this was my first facial, but I have never left feeling so at peace and relaxed. Normally I’m in my head during spa treatments but I actually almost fell asleep I was so relaxed. Not only was the facial amazing but she took her time giving me a hand, arm, foot, chest, and scalp massage. All around amazing experience. 5 stars ⭐️ I am also so glowy and hydrated! I would go every day if I could. If you want a facial that will leave you feeling like a new human, go to Paige!

I had a disappointing first-time experience. Perhaps my expectations were too high given the reputation of the spa & its location. Renee, my massage expert, was aloof, entered the room with a robust sneeze followed by her wiping her nose with a tissue & dropping it in the trash. . She then turned around to approach me & I reminded her to “kindly wash your hands”. She blamed her sneeze on allergies & the eucalyptus aroma I requested. Well sub par massage, never checking in to ask about the experience (pressure, room temperature, sound system, comfort). At the end, she asked if I’d like some water. A small bottle was handed to me once I waited in lobby area. Won’t express more, but certainly not what I’m used to or what I expected.

I usually book a service every year at Faces Day Spa during our trip here Thanksgiving week, as I have had very good experiences in the past. This year I booked a pedicure and it was extremely disappointing. The employee doing my pedicure was 10 minutes late picking me up in the reception area with no explanation and no apology. After taking me back, she basically didn’t speak to me and seemed anxious to get it over with (which is probably why she finished in 35 minutes even with taking off gel polish). Nail filing was not good quality and toe nails ended up looking uneven. I could have spent a lot less money and had a better experience going down the street to a regular nail salon. Will definitely reconsider future visits.

Recommend Tiffany for the manicure and pedicure, Millie for the facial and Rene for the massage!! Try the whole “Queen for a Day” package and give yourself a kiss!!
