Facetté The Hair Experience

I had my hair done by Jolie, and she was absolutely amazing! She gave me the perfect layers and really listened to everything I asked for. We were together for about seven hours, and she kept such a great attitude the entire time; super patient, friendly, and professional. You can tell she truly cares about her work and making sure you leave happy. I couldn’t be more pleased with how my hair turned out. Definitely recommend Jolie to anyone looking for a stylist who knows what she’s doing and makes the whole experience enjoyable!

REALLY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS SALON!!! I was charged for an extra gloss service that I never asked for or consented to at my last appointment. When I questioned about the extra charge...they never gave me a straight answer and pretty much showed me the door as there were other customers behind me. This was a repeat appointment to fix my haircut as the stylist didn't give me the cut I asked for (I even showed pictures) and basically told me she knows better than I and cut my hair to however she wanted it. I looked like a poodle by the end of my first appointment. And she did the same thing again my second appointment. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS SALON!! They don't listen to you and just take your money!

Every time I get to go to Facette to get my hair done and see Nichelle it makes my whole day better! The atmosphere is awesome and the staff is so friendly and helpful. I LOVE this place!

Eva was so patient and listened to me and corrected a horrible cut by my former stylist. She took time and knew how to cut my hair to give me the style I wanted.

JoJo brought my hair back to life!!😍❤️😍 My first time coming here I was beyond pleased the services from start to finish were amazing! The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming 10/10 recommend will be coming back for all my hair needs and referring to all my friends!🥳
