Best quality of hair, many options with different styles. Fast service, overall great customer service. The Owner Fallou goes above and beyond to make her customers satisfied and pleased. She takes her time and makes sure you like the hair style she's providing. She's extremely kind and professional. By far the best experience I've had in this state. I've come all the way from Maine, first time ever and extremely pleased by services I'll definitely be back again, soon!

The owner was an hour late after she told me that she was 15 minutes away. I lost another appointment that I had because of her being late. She had her youngest daughter do my hair and the youngest daughter had no idea of what she was doing. She kept calling mom mom to come and check after every rows that she did. So unprofessional and would not recommend this place to anyone..

LOOK FOR SOMEONE PROFESSIONAL. I scheduled an appointment with the owner on February 19, 2022 for today at 10am. The OWNER showed up an hour & half late & schedule me with another person at the same time. The photo hair style I asked for, looks NOTHING like what I wanted & then had the nerve to ask for full price. When I tried to negotiate, she said we normally charge $150 but I'll take $140. Mind you, I brought my own hair & once again...... she was LATE! NEVER....... AGAIN! I wish I could do NO stars.

The girls are really the best!. Finally after months of looking for the right spot to get my braids styled I found them. On top of that the whole staff is very pleasant and professional, even It was late (we finished at midnight) they brought me the best treatment. They did a great job on my hair. I highly recommend them and I'll definitely be back! Thank you!

I have been coming to Fallou for braiding services since about 2006, when the salon was first located on Exchange Street. I have never had anyone provide more beautiful braids than theirs. I have had weaves, crochets, microbraids and box braids over the years, all done by them. Each style has been done beautifully. Although I now live in Boston, I continue to come here. I’ve brought my mother here and referred friends. I truthfully feel their braiding work is unmatched by any other stylist I’ve visited, in or out of the Boston area. My only issue with the salon is the length of time it sometimes takes for a service because they often have lots of clients. Their prices match the quality of their braiding services. I do believe that you get what you pay for and they do amazing work. I glad
