Fallou Hair Braiding – Salon N°1

I sent my daughter here 4 days ago to get her hair done after a bad experience earlier that day with a previous shop. They were friendly. My daughter got what she asked for which was short twist and curls at the end. My sister arrived before I did with her daughter and inquired on my behalf about the price for my daughter hair which they told her was $160. I had $200 on me to give $40 tip. Once they finished my daughter hair I was quoted $180. I didn’t fuss nor complain. I’m like hey it’s their price so cool. I gave $200. The lady walks out the shop and comes back like it’s actually $160 and hands me $20 back. She had a younger girl with her that was helping her finish my daughter hair so I gave the $20 to her. This braiding salon is absolutely amazing! The service is top-notch—everyone is professional, friendly, and welcoming. Astou did my hair, and she was fantastic! She worked quickly, and my hair came out absolutely beautiful. I’ve been here twice now, and both times I left completely satisfied. Their prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality of work you receive. Another huge plus is that they’re open 24 hours, which makes it so convenient to fit into my schedule. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for beautiful braids and great service!

If I could give no stars I truly would. They posted on their social media of a promotion. Any style and length to bum. Size up to small for $160. I went there today and was told this is only for medium size NOT small. And if I wanted small it’s $200. Also just a terrible attitude don’t waste your time.

Really love my hair and I had so much going on but she took her time and it didn't hurt. I will be back all the way from Pennsylvania.
