I recently visited Falls Dermatology for a skin condition and was extremely impressed with the level of care and attention I received from the doctor and staff. Doctor Bawazir was knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly examine my skin and explain my condition in a way that was easy for me to understand. They also provided me with detailed instructions on how to care for my skin moving forward, which was very helpful. The staff at the clinic were also exceptional. They were all very friendly and welcoming, and they made sure that I felt comfortable and at ease during my appointment. Unfortunately my experience was poor. Firstly, the location in the basement is quite depressing but more importantly, the intense room scent situation is untenable; I could hardly breathe and I am not overly sensitive to smells. Perhaps it is to hide damp smells from their basement location but it is overwhelming. Upon explaining my concern to the Dr., I felt that paid cosmetic services were the immediate recommendation. Once I declined this, the atmosphere became very much, "Here's a prescription and let's move on". I felt disappointed with my interaction and experience and felt that the upsell of services took priority over my concerns.

The negative reviews are correct with this place. Although the reception and the student working were all great, knowledgeable, and helpful; the doctor here is a tool! Basically told me not to worry and to 'just deal with it!' Great advice doc for only being in the room for maybe a minute at best. No compassion or consideration with this doctor and poor bedside manner. Would definitely not give this place any of my money for any cosmetic procedures.

I am very dissatisfied with my dermatology visit with Dr. Bawazir. I was told to fill out a two-page form and upon meeting with the doctor he simply looked at my lesion and said "That's a mole but we can have it biopsied to make sure" without reviewing the form I filled out that had many important details on the lump. He then told me it would cost $650 to have it biopsied by their clinic's plastic surgeon- Dr. Backstein. I have no benefits and am low-income so I cannot afford this but need to ensure this is not cancerous. I am now left with no clarity on this and frightened. I called back later and expressed my concerns and was told that the doctor cannot speak with me over the phone and I would need to come back into the clinic (although I was already far away), which shouldn’t be necessa

After over a year the clinics closed still waiting for a clinic referral to take me as a patient only spreading the skin cancer and pain if anyone can help would appreciate it
