Love Xena and her team. I've been getting my hair braided here for years! Braids look good every time! Love the knotless and goddess braids!

I got small box braids. They are very neat and pretty. It didn't take long as i thought. But i love my hair. The lady who did my hair she was focused on getting my hair done. She did a great job.

I had been here 3 times previously, but the last visit I had a different braider. My micro braids have very large knots at the top where the braid starts & there is WAY too much glue at the end & the quality of the hair is poor at best...In 1 day, I have brushed this hair 10 times to detangle! Called Zena the owner to discuss it & she said come back to the shop. After smiling in my face & telling me it was nothing she could do, I left. She then calls me & asks what would I like to do...I asked for 1/3 of my money back...she says she can't do that & she also couldn't rebraid the front because she doesn't feel well...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I called fallou and I asked for Knotless braids she told me 220 so I said okay so I came she said I have alot of hair I know I do it’s just thick not long so she said 250 that’s ridiculous ladies don’t go there. They are in a bad neighborhood they tell you you have alot of hair just to make money of you.

Zena and her staff are so sweet and professional. She makes sure that I have a smile on my face when I leave. I always love my hair!
