Family Cuts

I’m updating my review because Miss Penny, the owner, went above and beyond to make things right. I booked another appointment at the next opportunity without mentioning who I was—I wasn’t looking for a free service, just hoping to bring awareness to the importance of checking in with clients if there’s a chance they may not be seen. Halfway through my appointment, as we were chatting, Miss Penny realized who I was. She immediately insisted on comping the entire service and wouldn’t even let me leave a tip, despite my trying. She wasn’t even present the day the original issue happened, so the fact that she took time out of her day to personally make it right truly meant a lot. It’s rare to see that level of care and accountability in customer service. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you a

Was a friendly and inviting atmosphere. My stylist did a fantastic job on my hair and this was the first time she cut it. I am over the top pleased with the entire experience. I will be back and will recommend

Loved Mrs Rebecca she cut my hair today and did amazing! Needed a good chop and my hair looks so good! Also did my daughter’s hair (Courtney) she did really good on her hair too! Thanks you for making us feel pretty again!

I was pretty nervous about getting our baby boys first hair cut, the staff was so gentle & patient. This is the most baby/child friendly place you could possibly get a hair cut. They had snacks, toys. The hair cut looks PERFECT and i 100% recomend 😃

0/10. Very upset with the haircut my husband received today. He had long/thick hair and the girl he saw basically buzzed it but left it so uneven! There’s no way anyone thought him walking out like this was okay.
