Family Hair Salon and Skin Therapy

I took my daughter here today for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised. There was a little miscommunication, but mostly from my end. We ended up getting her a bang trim with the unicorn braids and a shampoo. The experience was pleasant, and Miss Jessica was very friendly and helpful at making my daughter feel comfortable and calm during the process. We will definitely be back. she absolutely loves her braids and wants to keep them in forever lol.

I took my Daughter here for her first haircut. I asked to do some face layers. The lady only trimmed the bottom witch took her maybe 10 minutes tops. Then I asked if she could braid her hair with added color. Witch she seemed in a hurry and was tangling the rubber band in my daughters hair to the point she had to cut it out. At the same time cutting the top of my daughter’s hair. Unfortunately I did not realize this until later on after I got home and the gel started wearing off.

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience, I went in today to get a one length hair cut but she messed it up and my inner hair are shorter than the outer portion of my hair and tomorrow I am having a baby. My hair looks so funny and bad. And to add to that, she was only concerned about how much I tip her. I don't know her name but she was fairly an elderly employee with short hair.

Took my 6 year old daughter here today for a simple trim. My appointment was at 1:00 I was 10 mins late and called to let them know (due to a traffic accident) out of my control. At first was told they wouldn’t have time to do a wash. She had product in her hair so a wash before a cut was needed. Then was told she wasn’t going to have time to do a braid. But during the appointment Norma had time to text on her phone. The lack of professionalism was unreal. Bring told she doesn’t have time for this or time for that feels like your appointment is being rushed. We were in and out in 18 mins. Won’t be coming back and will be spreading the word as well. Get it together!

Very disappointed, took my nephew to get his haircut for fall photos at his school and his haircut is horrible! Ms.Norma, although she was nice, she is not very good at cutting hair, worst haircut EVER! Kids hair salon is pricing, they should at least have trained people cutting her.
