Very unprofessional. First of they keep you waiting while some of them are free and have nothing to do. The trimming is very unprofessional. They can't help you with the style you want, they say okay, but cut your hair, beard and mustache too much which is not repairable. I regret visiting them, and now have to wait a few weeks for my hair, beard and mustache to grow. Besides the bad work they do, they ask you for tip as well.

I just want to start off by saying this was my first time ever doing anything to my virgin hair. I’ll post what I wanted vs what i got. I wanted this carmel chocolate honey color. It’s kind of blonder than I anticipated :/

Very unprofessional hair salon. Avoid this place at all costs. One of the hair stylists is greedy when it comes to tip, doesn’t matter if you give them 30% or more, they will avoid booking you for another appointment. Better for me, I’d rather give my money and support a business who has integrity.

My hairdresser was amazing - she took the time to listen to my concerns and preferences, and she gave me the perfect cut and style. She was highly skilled and knowledgeable, and she made sure to explain each step of the process so I knew what to expect. I also appreciated her attention to detail - she didn't rush through the appointment, but instead took her time to make sure everything was perfect. She was also friendly and personable, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, I would highly recommend this hairdresser to anyone looking for a talented and professional stylist who really cares about their clients.

The salon was clean and nice , but definitely didn’t appreciate the lack of customer service. I walked in saying hello and got nothing in response just the lady staring at me, expecting her to say « Hi what brings you in today » It ended up being awkward and I showed her some pictures that I would like to get done, She looked at me with a stupid look and said I’m showing her 3 different pictures and to choose one. When all 3 were the same thing just from different angles and she still didn’t do it the way the picture looked. It wasn’t too expensive but people really need to fix their customer service if they want clients.
