Family Nails

DO NOT COME HERE!! Horrible experience nails we’re disgusting because Kevin rushed them so quick and when i went back to get them fixed because it was peeling off the lady got upset and was nasty and slammed $50 on the counter and told me to leave. why get upset for something that was your workers fault

Dont mind the staining but I got a full set done just about a week ago and it’s obvious how much they are lifting and the air pockets. When I was getting them done some nails were glued on crooked and had to ask for them to be re applied. Also before and during the process I requested for them to be filed very thin and once the acrylic seemed to be ready for the color I asked again for them to be thinner and she (Nina) made a bit of a scene saying how they are thin and if she makes them thinner and they break she will not fix them. Which left me feeling a bit embarrassed for something that shouldn’t be a big deal. The actual polish was nice besides the crooked/uneven lines which i also requested to be thinner but she insisted that they would look weird but I did show her a reference photo

My gel manicure was done well. Took only 30min and the workmanship was prefect! Zero (0) imprefections...and that's hard to come by in most salons I've been to! The pic is my gel manicure after 2 weeks! I'm happy 😊

A grown woman raising her voice at a teenage girl is simply unprofessional and rude. I decided to just walk out of the place— I came here for the first time because I was recommended to go here by a family member. I was told that Tammy is good at her job and kind so I called and booked with her for 6:30. I walked in at 6:20 and they had some appointments mixed up, not only mine. People continued to walk in and were seated so I asked the receptionist if I have to wait for the people that were just seated to be done. Mind you it was my first there so i wasn’t sure who Tammy (the lady i booked with) was. She angrily raised her voice at me when I was simply trying to clear up who was going to be doing my nails.
