Family Nails

The owner of the salon (i presume) always does an amazing job on my nails. This time is no different. He always shows attention to detail and sometimes adds some of his designs on his own (he asks of course). I highly recommend Family Nails Madison to anyone! They do the best job in the city especially with nail design!

$35 isn’t bad for gels but the shape wasn’t really what I wanted & my stylist didn’t understand much english so I couldn’t explain. After some back & forth, he did reshape but it still wasn’t quite right & not all nails are even nor do they all match. He also coated pretty unevenly so I asked for a 3rd coat & he got a little annoyed. It still wasn’t as rich as the example & I can still see different shading. Either the color or the top coat also caused bubbling. I won’t be going back myself but it’s nice there are more affordable halfway decent salons in town.

This place is so reasonably price and persistent with their work. I’ve been going to Hannah a few times now and every time, she does an amazing job and cares so much about her work. She’s done multiple designs on my nails and helps me pick out which colors go best with what I want. She’s such a sweet and fun person to talk to. She even gave me a birthday gift freebie! The atmosphere is always so calm and their music playlist is a vibe. This is my new favorite place. Reliable work, easy for walk ins and setting appointments, and very nice staff all around!

I had an amazing experience at this salon! It looks like it just opened this year; it's spacious and clean. I was fortunate enough to have the staff to myself so my pedicure and fill in were completed simultaneously. My pedicure was extremely thorough and relaxing. My fill in turned out even better than I expected! The prices were reasonable as well. I would definitely return!

Today was my first visit and I was so happy with my service! Shop was clean, quiet and inviting. Staff was friendly, accommodating and talented! I booked again for a fill and pedi in 6 weeks! Artists are super skilled, remember to tip for a job well done! Recommending to my friends! 😊
