The therapist was very professional and clearly experienced. Her technique was precise and effective, and she knew exactly how to adjust the pressure to target my problem areas. I felt completely taken care of throughout the massage.

The massage therapist was very skilled and attentive. She worked out the knots in my shoulders and back, and I could feel the difference right away. It really helped with my body aches and overall exhaustion.

We've been going there for years, and today we wanted to use a gift 2 gift certificates we gave to a friend. He couldn't use it as he'd had several strokes, and it was ill-advised. He gifted it back to us, but when we went to use it, they wouldn't allow it because it had recently expired. Under California law, Civil Code Section 1749.5, it is illegal not to honor gift certificates, and illegal to sell gift certificates with an expiration date. This was incredibly poor business practice, and it saddened me that these people are that ignorant of the law or corrupt. I would not patronize this place ever again and encourage everyone to find another place to get a massage.
