Fancy nails

I was so disappointed of the outcome of my pedicure! Upon sitting at the pedicure chair I had high hopes of a simple pedicure with a basic nail color I’ve gotten pedicures at other shops plenty of times and I am familiar with the process. The lady doing my nails was rough when cleaning up around my cuticles digging the tool into my skin which made me very uncomfortable she didn’t cut down my nails but she did file them slightly which was a mistake because my nail shape is uneven and looks a mess. If your looking for a hot towel treatment and a exfoliating scrub on the legs and feet they don’t do that at this shop!! While she was painting my nails the polish was getting onto my skin which she constantly wiped away. after the polish she put a clear coat and I sat under the dryer she didn’t

I rarely leave reviews, but I had to for this experience. While visiting family in the Bronx, I needed a last-minute pedicure before a trip and chose this place out of convenience. Big mistake. Weeks later, my regular nail specialist found a huge green stain on my big toe which was a clear sign of infection from this unsanitary salon. The place was dirty, filled with flies, and had a bad smell. The staff was unwelcoming, and it was clear they only wanted to serve a certain clientele. I've never had a nail infection in my life. Avoid this place it's far from 'fancy’ !

I liked the place enough to try it again. Though the first time I called to make an appointment,I was told they'd call me back in an hour (and never did) I tried again the next day and I was able to make it. They take Zelle, which is convenient. One thing I'm monitoring is how quickly the nail color chips on my pedicure. I hope it lasts long enough. We shall see...

Great service and building clientele/bond. Great sense of humor at that too! had such an amazing time here and my nails.... couldn't stop looking at them today. Very affordable and reasoning prices. Definitely recommend for a visit and will be coming here to get my nails done from now on!
