Fancy Nails

I went to get my daughter a fill in for picture day. My daughter got up smiling . But whispered how bad they were and they were horrible. And I complained the man said he would only charge 30 for a 55 dollar job he knew they were raggedy. He should have paid me 3o dollars for practicing on my child.I said no the lady tried to fix them although they look better then what he did they are still not what I expect from a professional. The painting is sloppy and runny the shaping is off. I end up paying 45 dollars for the half azz job. To add the shop was quite the whole time to till I complain bout the horrible job .Then all of the sudden it's full on conversation . DONT GO TO THEM THEY ARE HORRIBLE!

I have been going for a long time but on Saturday (6-29)I was there a lady came in asking about a gift certificate and because she was ill she hadn't use it and was told that they wouldn't honor it because he didn't own the when it was purchase although the name was the same and there was no explanation date the new owner was rude and not willing to accommodate. THEY JUST WANT OUR (BLACK) MONEY and Don't RESPECT US. I WILL NOT BE GOING...!! U lost a customer...!!!

The nail tech was very nice. The other two ladies were cool, but didn't do that great on my daughter and I pedicure. This was a treat for me m, because I naturally do my own. My pedicure was better and my daughters polish was peeling off the next day. I had to fix it. I love my nails, but my daughters nails I didn't like them much. I still tipped them, because they were working hard, but were understaffed which could have been the issue.

If there was a way, to give them no stars I would have. They are so disrespectful I can't believe that they are still open. I came a few days ago to get a no chip nails and they chip less then two days. So I decided to come back to get them fix the guy seem like he didn't wanted to do it. Saying that the customers is not always right. Then some skinny guy come up saying not refund and I didn't even ask for my money back I just wanted them fix. Horrible customer service horrible nail work. They need to close down and take a class on how to do nail and treat customers. I give you a 0

I'm 31 years old, and I've been going to this nail shop since my teenage years. Ms. Anne who I call Mana Anne is amazing, she has a great attitude and she does excellent work. There's a lady name T, she also does great work.
