Fancy Nails

I absolutely love my nails! I’ve been going there since I was 16! I got my nails, feet, and eyebrows done!

I made an appt for mani and pedi and on arrival- chose 2 nail colors. Disliked one and the other was perfect. The nail tech said he couldn't paint the nails with that color and walked off. He told me I had to choose another color. He never returned but a woman came. I struggled to find another color after that one and ultimately it was 45 minutes past my appt time once she was getting started. When I told her I'd just be getting the gel nails because of the time, she started to go back and forth about the cause being ME. The quality of the manicure was sloppy. I will not be returning here.

I wouldn't say that this was the worst nail experience but it was pretty close. First, the positives: They are open at 9am and got me in immediately. The man who did my nails was friendly, as were the others in the salon. That is about it. I really should have walked out as soon as I sat down and he began to brush away "yesterdays" acrylic dust and shaking the towel from the day before. But, apparently I felt like a staff infection and spending money to create a problem that I would later have to spend money to fix would be a fun adventure. The salon was/is dirty. They stand out front and smoke and do not wash their hands before starting work again. No masks either. The nail tips he chose were oversized and then he didn't understand my requested oval shape.. obviously a language barrier

Pedi was ok..But the fact That me and my sister specifically asked for pedicure and fill in and was told we would receive service. After we got our pedi we were waiting and was told that their to busy to do our nails. But sat someone in the pedi station. Bad customer service and if I put a pic of my sis toe polish up I promise you'll laugh.. Sad waste of money seriously. Will never patronize this business again. Update decided to post a pic of her toes..smh

Great with pedicures and manicures....the best around. Tina & Henry #1 pictures of gel overlay taken off and redone😉
