Terrible experience. The technician rushed through my acrylic set and acted like I was a complete inconvenience. Within ONE day, multiple acrylics completely popped off. That has never happened to me before. When I contacted them, they said I could come back for a quick fix, but made it clear they wouldn’t do anything beyond that(their SECOND time fixing my nails) and still implied it was somehow my fault. No real accountability, no genuine apology, just defensiveness. While finishing up, the older lady just stood behind me scoffing. 0/10 don’t come here. I decided to take my business elsewhere. If your acrylics can’t last 24 hours and customer service makes you feel like the problem, it’s not worth it. Save your money

If I could give this place negative stars I would. They have little to no talent to do any sort of nail designs. I went there with my daughter for both of us to get pedicures and myself a manicure as well. The gentleman doing my manicure took 40 minutes just trying to buff my nails, he cut me three different times and one of them wouldn’t stop bleeding so he had the great idea of putting a glob of nail glue on the cut so now I have a glob of hardened blood/nail glue right next to my cuticle and when it comes off the entire nails gonna come off Long story short, they kept messing up, kept trying to redo it and it got to the point that we were there for going on 3 1/2 hours and I was so over it that I just left with black because I did not want them to keep trying Later that day, one of my t

Gentleman who did my nails was smoking a cigarette while holding the door open as I walked in for my appointment. Did not wash his hands before he started on my nails. I understand people having smoke breaks however the whole salon reeked of cigarettes. This is not the color I asked for, completely different than what I selected from the nail palette (supposed to be steel gray). My cuticles are obliterated, I’ve had my nails done enough to know what speed the nail drills should be on and it typically doesn’t sound like an airplane taking off. Instead of soaking my cuticles and trimming them he drilled them off and they are very raw and sore. I can understand a little nick or an accident but he was intentionally drilling my cuticles even after I had flinched several times. I paid and tipped

I absolutely love my nails! The nail technician was super detail oriented and very gentle. I chose the color Summer Hot Pink #414 and topped it with Twinkle Star. I will definitely go back to the nail salon.
