I had an appointment at 12:00. Waited 30 minutes to be seated, which was not the problem. It took them almost 4 hours for a pedicure and gel nails. They do not have many nail colors to select from. Once I chose one from the color samples, I was told that they didn’t have that one and had to choose another. The pedicure took forever because they kept having to stop to do something else. No extra frills added, however, I did expect them to do a better job buffing my feet and trimming cuticles. I had to wait 20 minutes for them to start on my nails, In other salons, they would have been soaking off my SNS while getting my pedicure. So, another 30 minutes just soaking my nails. Went to get black French tip, the lady didn’t clean my nail polish off all the way so you still see the previous nail polish around the edges, you can see that she didn’t clean the black French tip up very well so you can see it on the white part of the nail. It’s was super sloppy , my nails are bumpy not smooth at all, the very next day one of them chipped so I went to get it fixed, lady was obviously very annoyed, I tried to make conversation completely ignored me. This is the sloppiest nail places I’ve ever been too. You can tell they just want to get people in and out as fast as possible. Do not recommend.

The worst nail salon I have ever been to! I went for getting the gel polish removed. They used some kind of white acidic paint that sort of burnt and twisted my nails on the sides and they scraped the tops making the surfaces rough and uneven and ugly. As the nails are growing out they keep breaking on the sides! I will have to wait a while for the nails to completely grow out and have them looking normal again. Extremely unhappy with their services. I felt even more disappointed when they asked for $20 plus tip! For sure I am never going to step in there again.

A COMPLETE waste of my money. My gel manicure lasted 3 days before peeling off. I’ve been getting my nails done for decades, and never had this experience. It’s obvious they use very cheap low quality products. I spent $100 on mani and pedi. Thankfully my toe polish has not come off yet. However, my fingernails were a disaster. I had to finish peeling it off.

I really debated on whether or not to leave a review as the technician tried really hard to give me what I wanted, even though she did not have the skill. Ultimately I decided to leave a review because she cut me 6 times (photo shows 3 of the 6). At that point I don’t feel she should’ve charged me. She also struggled with the Mickey Mouse heads I wanted, as did a second technician. They tried for over an hour until I just begged to leave. A third technician volunteered and got them done and they did not charge for the design given the difficulty finding someone who could do this simple design. Ultimately I’m more upset about the cuts and hope they practice good sanitation to prevent infection.
