All the bad reviews you read are absolutely true. If you walk in they all look bothered by you. I went in November and got the absolute worse service i have ever received in my 10+ years of getting my nails done. The brown nails color chipped 3 days later and eventually came completely off, and they broke. I could not come in for fixing since it was thanksgiving season and i was traveling. I went back recently to get them done again with another lady this time, she blamed the color chipping and breaking on the length of my nails. than charged me $20 on top of the $55 service charge for removing my acrylic saying it is because of the oval shape and long length that she had to charge so much extra. You would think they would take into consideration that the previous lady messed up my acrylic

I went in for a gel manicure and was shocked to see the polish peeling off the very next day. I returned to the salon expecting at least a fix or some kind of solution, but they refused to repair the nails or offer a refund. For the price they charge, I expected much better quality and customer service. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back and can’t recommend this place based on my experience.

I got gel-x nails around 9 today 01/13/26. After leaving the salon I noticed how lopsided the nails were and how bad my cuticles looked and hurt. I went back later in the day to try to get my money back and no luck, 75$ (+tip) and only lopsided nails to show for it. On top of that all my design wasn’t even done at all. I want purple stars and I left with no purple anywhere. Incredibly disappointing!

I do not recommend this salon. I took my daughter and her two friends there, and they were very rude to the girls. The girls asked for something, and the staff did whatever they wanted. I asked for a gel manicure, and one of them put on acrylic nails instead. And at the end, one of them asked one of the girls for a tip, and the girl didn't know what to do and gave her the $20 she had. You can't ask an 11-year-old girl for a tip. I don't recommend this salon because you should pay for what you want, not for what they want to do.

I only see Jenny here and she is the absolute best. shes so sweet and accommodating. she helps me w design ideas and makes sure ever detail is correct. and literally has me in and out in 45-min to and hour.
