I have been coming to this nail salon for the past three years. I drive from Evansville, Madison and Cottage grove for these professionals. I have been doing my nails for over 25 years in different cities and states I know when I get a good nail technician. After trying two others in Janesville, I met Tina and then Deborah there’s two other ones there but these ladies are my top ones. I highly recommend Tina. She takes personal care of listening to you, going through colors and takes her time with what you need. Getting ready for the holiday season 2025 she just did my nails. I love the color. I got dip powder on my own nails. She does design extensions and more, my nails are strong. I do take breaks and she makes sure to give me clear polish to make them stronger. This was my first time ever getting my nails done. My manager talked very highly of this place. I’ve tried calling to get at least one of my nails fix because it hurts a lot. She put a few nails on that were too big for my actual nail size. When she was filling them she broke part of the nail. Instead of replacing, she just tried glueing the broke part back together and then filled them in. The nail that literally hurts she has filling on my actual skin and it’s stuck! Then most of the nails on the side I can literally see my actual nail not filled in or painted. I also asked for snake skin and she couldn’t do it. Saw Tina today and she did amazing! I also saw Duke during my last visit and had a great experience then as well. The salon is always very clean and the staff is super kind. I came in today hoping to use my 20% off birthday discount, but I had deleted the text message, assuming it would still show up in the system since it didn’t say not to delete it. Unfortunately, I couldn’t use the discount because of that (I believe it wasn't applied, was $45 for an acrylic fill in) . I’d recommend adding a note to the birthday text letting customers know not to delete it. I was really looking forward to using it, but regardless, I’ll definitely be back!

I walk in there for a fill on my nails and a change of design. She fixed my nail when she accidentally cut it due to miscommunication which I appreciate. However, when she started to work on my nail design, the first one was good but the rest were just poorly done and sloppy. In the end they looked nothing like the inspiration picture I showed her. The lines are all messed up and I was charged $55 for these when on the website it says $35+ for a fill. I can understand this for the nail art but when it’s not done properly, charging me an extra $20 for it is absurd.

I came here on a whim during Friday afternoon. I was greeted immediately and they accepted my walk in. Excellent services, staff, and salon. I noticed children, elderly, and men getting services, which is great! Folks are down to earth and pleasant to talk to.
