I brought my client to Fancy Nails and Spa to have his fingernails and toenails trimmed. On our second visit, I clearly explained that we only needed a simple nail trim. The gentleman insisted they don’t “just cut nails” and tried to charge $63 for a full manicure and pedicure, which is not what I asked for. He claimed that was the only option, even though we had been there before and paid less than $20 for the same basic service. The experience was very frustrating and unprofessional. We left and went to another salon, where they provided exactly what we asked for and only charged $18. Because of this experience, I will not be returning.

One of the BEST places I have been. Clean, bright....the girl who did my dip was fast and very good. 10/10 recommend

I had to pay over $30 to have three nails taken off and a manicure that is ridiculous. I have never paid that much before and I will definitely not be back again and on top of that they were very very rude and they hurt me! Sad!
