Do not come here if you don’t want to be followed. There’s a security guard at the front and HD cameras everywhere, yet they still felt the need to follow a Black woman around the store—even near the cash register. While I was standing by the mini items, a worker came and stood directly to my left (not mention she stank) with no space between us. Then her coworker made a comment about the cameras, and suddenly she backed off. Y’all were mad weird for that.

Last Sunday my mother was discriminated against by the dark-skinned woman who works there. My mother asked her about a product and she yelled at her and telling speak in English this is America. That is a discriminatory act since she could tell her that she doesn't understand Spanish and refer her to someone who does speak it. I have already tried to call the store to speak with the owner but I have not been successful because apparently it is the same woman who answers telling me that she never goes to the store with bad temper.

That is my favorite beauty supply store that I go to I don't care where I am I will drive halfway across the world to come back to this beauty supply store because it is my favorite beauty supply store because the service is amazing the people in there are amazing

Went all the way there to shop for a wig. Found one that cost 350 plus taxes. Was told by the woman not to touch the display which I was confused because I wasn’t trying to try it on. If you want someone to spend that kind of money on a last resort wig you should let them feel the display. The attendant was bored I guess. Won’t ever return there and I will advise my clients not to shop there. Makes me wonder why they are trying to hide the quality of the hair. No good!

I hate when I go places and get treated like I’m some kind of world wide thief . There’s a security guard by the door and there’s 3 workers watching my every move and standing around like they’re waiting to catch me .Very uncomfortable. I still end up spending $20 . I should’ve walked out how the hell am I supposed to shop like that ?
