Fantastic Sams Cut & Color Culebra

The hairdresser did a horrible job with the low lights in my hair . My hair ended up having different shades of the color from black, brown, and GREY! My roots remained light blonde ! She didn’t put the foils close to my roots ! I waisted over $120’s on the low lights plus the color corrector she sold to me !

The hair stylist seemed to be in a rush since it was the Sunday with bad weather (yesterday). She took less than 10 minutes and since I did not want a shampoo she didn’t even wet my hair to cut it. I told her I wanted layers. The sides and hair overall are very uneven. Worse haircut I’ve ever gotten. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Making another appointment somewhere else to fix my hair. The good thing is that she didn’t cut it short which is always my fear when I visit a new place. Do not recommend this place.

I happened to be walking to my car after dropping off a package at UPS and saw Fantastic Sam’s. It wasn’t crowded so I thought I’d pop in and get a touch up. The hair around my ears and nape had grown too long for my taste. Siobhyan led me to her area and after telling her my request. I was done in approximately under 10 minutes. She even took the time to wisp cut all of my ends. It feel and look great. Thank you

I want to provide feedback on my recent visit, which included both an excellent experience and a deeply disappointing one. Nancy was amazing and exceptionally patient while learning how to cut my son's hair. She helped him feel comfortable when he was nervous and did a great job on his curl cut. My stylist did not properly assess the service. She informed me after starting the color application that the price would be higher, and she wasted a significant amount of color.The primary issue is the color was completely wrong. I have medium dark brown hair and requested an all-over color to remove my blonde highlights. My hair was dyed black, which is now darker than a sharpie. She insisted it was a dark brown, but the result is clearly black. This was a very disappointing experience and a w
