Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

I gave a 5 only because I live my stylist Theresa. You use to have fun drawings, sales on products and a great point rewards Now you have nothing but higher prices and doubled what I need to earn in points to ge a cheaply $10 off. What not award the loyal customers?

I started coming here a couple of years ago, and the people are very nice. The haircuts are affordable and they do a really nice job. The girl who cuts my hair gets me in and out in twenty minutes which I appreciate. Her name is Bonnie, and she does a great job

I wanted to wait a month before I reviewed…We had a failed perm from a different salon so we were referred by a friend of a friend to Yvette. She said the previous place didn’t use the right rods. She used tighter rods on my son’s hair and it has been going strong for well over a month. He is very happy, she is very sweet.

Sleighs was awesome, made my day,, very professional and as always does a great job of coloring, I leave Fantastic Sams very satisfied. Just perfect what she does, great personality.

First let me say that the hairstylists are amazing. The reason I am giving a 2 out of 5 star review is due to "corporate changes" first it started 3 months ago with a change to the loyalty rewards program now you have to have/spend 500($) before getting "points" to receive a discount. Then I walk in today to find out that a blow dry is no longer included in my cut or my color. I used to love coming here because of the quality of service, the going above and beyond to make sure you leave feeling/looking your best. Now I'm paying over $110 for a cut and color touch up and "corporate" says I don't get a blow dry? Tell me how this makes ANY sense? Doesn't corporate want freshly cut and colored hair leaving their salons looking their very best? No one wants to see limp wet hair walking out o
