Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Me and my cousin got our haircut here and they did not do what was asked. We were only asked to have our dead ends cut and ended up getting a whole haircut. My hair was down to my butt and she cut it up to the midway of my back. We will not be going here again. Jennifer also didn’t even frame my hair pieces and she told me that she thought it looked okay but it looked horrible. I didn’t even bother going back because of how upset I was with my hair. I would not recommend this place.

This location does not offer the AARP discount promoted nationally by Fantastic Sam’s by AARP. Something about change of POS system at the location. Won’t return until the issue is resolved.

Jenn was very friendly and checked with me during my cut several times to be sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. I was able to ask questions and got competent answers. I'd definitely recommend this place.

Stylest was nice, but cut was not good at all! Wanted layers and not sure what you call what i got. Not to mention a cut, shampoo and dry was $52 will not return! So I was charged what looks like $18 to much! Wow

I went to go get my haircut. Upon Arrival at the store, it was closed on the website. It states it’s open till five. This is a problem it needs to be fixed.
