Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

Quite a bit higher priced than all other fantastic sams that i've been to. Supposedly on the business card.It says that my stylist was a "elite master stylist" a common error with a short haircut is often getting your bangs cut too short but for the price that I paid for a master elite stylist, did not expect that to happen., I showed her a picture of how my hair normally looks because it was overdue for a haircut, on the picture, my bangs reach my eyebrows , maybe even a little covering them, I now look like Jim Carey in dumb and dumber! I did call To ask why I paid so much more than any other FS I've been to, and was told there's nothing she can do, they make their own prices and saint.Louis park is an expensive area. completely bad experience. Shay did an excellent job cutting my hair into layers / fringe with some bangs. I was a bit nervous because that is quite a change from my usual look but she did fantastic and she was so kind too!! Will definitely be coming back to see her.

On August 19, 2025 I brought my 10 year old daughter in for a haircut. I arrived, waiting to be checked in. There was a manager, and a few employees working. There was an individual checking out, so I stepped aside to let him checkout. During that time I was standing there for awhile, was not greeted or acknowledged at all. No professional or welcoming greeting. No smile, hello, hi, good morning or welcome. I received a, "be right with you" after the older gentleman was checked out. The stylist, short blonde with short blonde hair was extremely rude. She approaches and asks my daughters name. I gave the stylist my name, she spells it incorrectly as she tells me, she can't find my name. So she tells me to spell it. Tiffany at fantastic Sams St. Louis Park is beyond incredible! I worked in professional hair care for 13 years, and she by far exceeds anyone I worked with in the industry.

Walked in on Thursday 6/12 and there was only one gal working who was fully booked, so the nice front desk person booked me for today 6/13. I came back today at 3:20 for my 3:30 appointment to find two folks working. I waited 50 minutes with no haircut, as 3 people who also had appointments with named folks got priority, even though they arrived after me. Such a bummer to be completely ignored as I’ve been coming here for 6 years and getting great service.
