I’ve been going to Fantasy hair spa for about 10 years, the salon has transition of owners and the new Owner Mecho is great with customer service.Ana is my hairstylist and it’s always the best experience, she takes care of my hair and every bleaching experience is a good one, I also recommend Teresa for blowouts and for people that like applying hair extensions. All the ladies are great! I’ll attach pictures of Ana’s work.

Went here on Saturday for a wash and set and Julissa did a great job on my hair. Can’t wait to go back.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hairdresser salon. I am writing this review as a warning to other people, not to part with their hard earned cash at this salon. I left the place in tears and had to save the rest by cutting most of my hair off at a different place. The entire experience was a nightmare from start to finish. I came in and asked for Angie, who was recommend to me by a friend, but nobody reacted to my presence. Before being able to speak to anybody about what I wanted, I had to wait additional 30 minutes. I got the vibe that I was disturbing the workers from their conversations. Finally, some lady, who ended up working with me, came to me and couldn't understand a word of English. I just wanted to bleach my hair way too expensive to bleach it. I didn't ask for anything else and neither requested them to dye my hair. My total was about $270 it was about to be $370 if I didn't consult the owner about it. It was a good thing a customer convinced me to talk to the owner or I really would've overspent for what I requested. Please be careful with your money there and stick to what you requested. It's also easy for miscommunication because they mostly speak Spanish there. My hair was beautiful but it's definitely over my budget and I would've liked better communication, I think I was just lucky. I did tip the hairdresser still for doing it wonderfully despite the pain it caused my wallet. I used to be a regular it's a shame.

I found this place driving down Broadway around 8pm & realized they were still open. This place stays open later then most hairdressers Mon-Sun. I like the fact that they have multiple stylist. If you need a relaxer or your hair dyed they do an excellent job. My regular hair stylist only works two days a week but there is someone else I can go to there that does an excellent job also. Once you become a regular here you understand the way they do things for example the order in which you get your hair washed. There are women who just wash hair & they go in order but if you pick a hairstylist to do your hair that isn’t busy at the moment she will wash your hair immediately & you will have the women waiting giving you dirty looks because they don’t know the procedure.
