All I needed was a fill and polish. I had previously had the color dipped. They took off my entire color and replaced acrylic on then painted my nails with gel....horribly! The polish immediately chipped off my thumb, I had to turn around & go back to have it re-done right after leaving. While I was having my pedicure, I asked for a nail file so I could "clean up" the cuticle areas where there was messy gel polish covering them. Not only that...the polish started chipping off 5 days after having them done. Also, I was loudly reprimanded by the owner in front of other clients for not asking exactly what I wanted. It was my mistake for wanting my arms massaged after my nails were done? I thought that came with having your nails done, because everyone else was getting their massage? My na

I dont know where to start.. I have never had such a horrible nail job... I wanted glitter on the tips and he did a reverse ombre in glitter with white tips that are awful and my neice and sisters nails are all misshapen and bumpy as well and even polish from the one white nail all over some of the other red ones. I hope I can post pictures I have never left a review before and I'm new to the area I wish I would have looked at these reviews 1st.. the pic for inspiration he couldnt do.. not even a squiggly line or attempt.. cant find my inspo pic but it was just glitter tips.. I asked if they did ombre nails and he said no so I moved on and was fine with what I asked for.. I'm still shocked to be honest. 165$ we gave him and I just feel like it was such a waste of money. I got my very first gel nails and my very first acrylics done here. I got the acrylic nails cut really short, almost natural looking, and the staff doing my nails was very understanding when I kept asking for then to be cut shorter. The nails are very sturdy too. When I first got them, I was worried that I might accidentally rip them off if they caught on something. After having them for almost a week I can say that that is most definitely not the case. When I was picking out the nail polish colors I wanted, I couldn't tell the difference between the gel bottles and the normal polish bottles. One of the employees was kind enough to come back, and help me pick out the bottles and match the colors. Really pretty space. Loved all of the plants. Friendly staff. Didn't love the attention to detail on my mani or pedi. I'm picky about the details. Flooding the cuticle with polish, not wrapping every nail with polish and not completely cleaning up the polish off of the skin. Definitely not a bad job. Just not my favorite. Thank you.
