Fantasy Nails

I enjoy coming to Fantasy Nails. Helen is a great nail tech! She listens to what I want and does exactly what I ask her to do. She does not question what I want or tries to talk me out of what I want. Also, she allows me to do whatever colors I want without telling $5 more $5 more when I tell her what I want like other nail salons does. I appreciate how she listens to me and treats me like I am wanted there. I have been coming to Helen for years now. When she does my dip nails, it last up to 3 to 4 weeks before they are to look horrible. Within that 3 to 4 weeks they do not lift and they still look great! She impresses me everytime I come to see her! I recommend all my family and friends to come see her as well as other women who complement my nails. You will not be upset if you go see Hel

The place was decent. They only had 2 girls working and 1 customer when I walked in. So I was able to sit down right away. The nail tech (I didn't get her name) quoted me $25 for a new set then said $5 extra for taking off the old acrylic. I said okay so $30 total and agreed. I explained that I only wanted an acrylic overlay on my nails and then painted. The nail tech kept asking me why I didnt get the dip powder and telling me I should get the dip powder. I kept telling her I didn't need/want it. I just wanted the overlay and my nails cut down shorter than what they were. When she went to apply the overlay I told her I wanted just a thin layer on my nails I don't want them thick. I want them to look as natural as possible. The first picture is what I asked for. The second picture is what I ended with. The third picture is to show that the manicure is not even well done and even. And the fourth picture is to show that when I asked him about the wave in my toe, he said that my toe “just does that”. MY TOE DOES NOT JUST DO THAT and WHEN DOES ALMOND FRENCH NAILS MEAN DO A SHORT STILETTO NAIL🤬 I will be contacting the owner on Monday and I just want my money back. Mediocre at best is how I would rate my experience and it would do the workers a bit of good to actually speak to their client so it’s not an awkward silence the entire time😑

My 16 year old got acrylic nails done and the nail polish is already peeling off! And they were not cheap. She paid a lot for them. I got a pedicure and the guy was so rough with everything...he made my feet sore and he scraped with so much force, he scraped off a chunk of my toe . It bled and kept beeding. He did not even apologize and did not clean up my toe...he just kept dunking it in water. The 2 guys in there were not friendly at all either. I would not recommend this place to anypne and will not be going back!!

I asked for a fill with natural and she told me she couldn’t do that so I asked for a pink and white and this is what I received. She kept looking and answering her phone and did not give me what I asked for! I will never come to this shop again!
