Farafinnah Hair Braiding

I had the worst experience of my life here! Farafinna is very unprofessional and extremely rude. I called before coming in and I asked her how much for small boho braids, she asked me to send her a picture so I did and she replied by saying $300. I thought that was pricey but I said okay, her price is her price. So I proceeded to go to her shop and her Braider started doing my hair within 10 mins of being there so I thought we was off to a good start … WRONG! After 4 hours of her Braider braiding the back of my hair I asked my husband to take a picture of the back of my head. I wanted to know how small she was braiding since she only did 25% of my hair within 4 hours. He took a picture and the braids were literally MEDIUM SIZED!!! Amazing Job on my Senegalese twist. They were extremely neat and beautiful. I was able to keep them up for a long time without them getting fuzzy or unraveling. Also, it didn't take long to get them done either. It was the quickest I've gotten them done. The owner is extremely sweet and professional. I definitely recommend

I’ve been coming here since I was 9. The place is not the same anymore. Unprofessional with setting appointments was scheduled for 9 am didn’t get in til 9:30 then doesn’t have the color I wanted. Couldn’t accommodate me for being late and not having the color wanted. Then continued to call me for full payment before my hair was even half way finished. Used to love them now I don’t recommend at all prices change when they want to also

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE...DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I could have rated it a zero. I took my daughter to the owner about 2 weeks ago. First, it took her 3.5 hours to do 6 ghana braids, with the small French braids in between. I should have followed my first mind and got up and left, but I sat there because my daughter needed her hair braided. 3 days after my daughter hair was done, it started to look raggedy. I called the owner to let her know, in was not pleased with how my daughter hair looked. She told me to send pictures, but she never responded back to my text messages. I stopped in her shop since she didn't respond back to my messages, to show her pictures of my daughters hair. She started raising her voice, as if I'm in the wrong.
