Fashion Nail Spa

I have been going to Fashion Nails for 2 years. When I got my nails done in June, a blackish-brownish film developed on my nails. I went back a few days later to show them. I was first told that I had to pay $30 to get them fixed. Then I was also told it was my fault and I touched something to make them turn like that. Since I have been going there, a woman spoke up and said I do not have to pay the $30 charge and she would fix them. She did, but the brownish-black film came right back on all of the nails. The second time, bubbles on my nails too. I let that go and still wanted to go back because I wanted to give them a second chance. I went and got a fill in and gel pedicure. I got the fill-in first and right after my nails were "done" and I sat in the pedicure chair, all of my nails deve

I went for a gel manicure, and all they did was file my nails and apply the gel polish. When I asked the guy, "Aren't you going to soak my hands and cut my cuticles?" he said no, my cuticles were good. I haven't had a manicure in months and really needed my cuticles done. When it was time to pay $35.00, I said that I wasn't happy with the job since my gel manicure was done in 15 minutes and there was gel all over my nails. The guy said he would do it over, and I said no, you should have done it right the first time. I paid him, but I will never go back and waste money.

Absolutely stay away. They gaslight you to get services done and don’t listen to your request. I’ve been coming here since they opened and although they started good they’ve been declining in service. I always get a cat eye gel manicure and I go with my nails prepped because I have using the machine to file down my nail and rather the soak off and do that myself at home. When I walked in I asked for my color and immediately got sat down with Karry. She even complimented my nails. I’ve gotten cat eye gel manicure done many times to know that you only magnetize the last coat. However karry magnetized every coat which left a very imperfect effect on my nail. I told her this and I also asked for a specific dimension which they didn’t know hot to achieve. I ended up settling for one she knew b

I love this salon! Susan always entertains my nail ideas I come up with. She is very patient, everything is clean and she takes her time and makes sure I leave happy every single time. The rest of the staff is always polite and attentive to my needs. Thank You Guys!
