I got a gel manicure for about $50 including tip. This place feels more like a quick, budget-friendly nail spot rather than a relaxing spa experience. Unfortunately, they didn’t check the nail lengths carefully, so they ended up uneven. The gel is also applied heavier toward the tips, which makes the shape look a bit off. It might be easier to communicate what you want if you speak Spanish.

Honestly one of my favorite nail places. I felt cared for the moment I walked in the door. I showed them the shade I was looking for and they helped me find multiple options and tested shades on my nails until I was happy. We even tried different combinations of colors. She took time to prep and carefully painted each nail. I absolutely loved the result. I would highly recommend without doubt!!

I got nails with extensions and design. Very friendly staff and listened carefully to what I asked. They also gifted a bag of lotion and candies. Lovely experience in New Haven

I used to love this place, but now I have mixed feelings. It’s the only nail salon within a certain radius of downtown so it’s convenient but it’s not a luxury or super relaxing experience. The technicians are talking and giggling to themselves during the whole experience and the services do not focus on hand massages and things like that. Compared to other salons I love (e.g., villa in guilford) which charge comparable pricing with a more spa-like experience this place doesn’t compare. It’s a more “gets it done” option in the New Haven area.

Professional and fast. I had my nails done by Michelle - she is very sweet and her work was amazing. She was able to do my nails perfectly in 40 minutes! Thank you :)
