Fashion Nails

They were very nice when walked in and throughout. I needed something quick somewhere that was not busy and they met both those boxes. Place was very clean. 4 stars just because some areas of my nails were missed, but I’m a perfectionist.

With the recent snowstorm, I needed a fill and a pedicure badly. I wasn’t going to risk going to the salon I normally go to with the road conditions. This salon was close to my house so I decided to take a chance. I’m assuming the salon is owned by a husband and wife? I had a man do my pedicure and he did an amazing job. He rubbed my feet and my legs really well. I had a lady do my nails and I knew right away something was going to happen with my nails. The powder they use for acrylic nails is too thin. I had my nails done on a Thursday and one nail chipped a few days later taking the acrylic and gel off! I am not satisfied that my nails chipped a few days later! I was desperate and needed my nails done!

The lady who did my nails wouldn’t speak to me much. I tried to make small talk, but not much engagement. The girl next to me was allready having her nails done when i came in, the lady who did mine moved so quickly that I was done before the other girl. My nails were wavy and disproportionate she left the side of one of them unpainted. My thumb nail literally looked like it was melting off my hand and I didn’t realize it until I left. Wish I never would of tippwd her. Haste makes waste. Would not recommend.

Today so went to get a Full set french tip with a design. There may have been some mis communication, but the lady there was totally rude to me when I tried explaining what she did wrong. Then she had the other worker try to fix the mistake..and to do what I wanted. It was not a good experience compared to other times that I've been there. I felt very upset and also they charged me for the take off price. Plus the actual price. When I left there I was not happy with my nails. But most of all the way i was treated! Not nice to make people feel that way over a simple mistake.

This was my first time visiting... Came into the shop as a walk-in and had zero wait! Was very happy with my gel manicure, however; my thumbnail was already majorly chipped in less than a week of visiting. I went in and they fixed it for me, at no charge. Thank you for making it right, Fashion Nails
