Had a great time here! Our nail techs were kind, did a great pedicure massage, and lovely nails. My husband, mother-in-law, and I all got pedicures and left feeling more relaxed after a long day of appointments at Mayo. Also a plus - one of the best massage chairs I have experienced!

Absolute worst pedicure, I have ever received in my life. A man who works in there filed my toenails down so thin with the Dremel tool they are soft and tearing. He also nicked me with the Dremel tool, which was painful and cut my big toenail down to the quick, and actually cut my skin so that it was painful for a couple of days. He didn’t file the ends of my toenails so that they are smooth. They are jagged, and I had to file them myself because they kept snagging on my bedsheets. Two of my toenails, including the big toe, were not cut straight across they were cut at a diagonal, not very appealing looking to say the least. I still had dry skin around the edges of my big toes that I had to deal with at home with a cuticle nippers. The polish was so sloppy it looked like I had done it myse

Do not waste your time or money here. The service is horrible. They refused to give a refund after saying they will or they will tell you “they don’t know how” or “they don’t have cash”. Worst service of my life. The gel polish was literally peeling off and when showing the lady, she rolled her eyes and aggressively filed the nail completely ruining the integrity of my nail which was incredibly painful. Horrible.

I went in to have dip powder nails taken off my hands and gel polish off my feet. Prior to the service, I asked how much it would cost and the man said $25. However when it came to pay, the lady asked me for $40. I said I thought it was $25 she said no it’s $40. I felt overcharged for the service. I also left a $5 tip. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a recent pedicure service at your salon. During my appointment, the nail technician cut off half of my toenail, resulting in significant injury. While I was waiting for first aid, another customer was permitted to ridicule me without intervention. This behavior was completely unacceptable and, as a result, I felt compelled to leave your salon without receiving any first aid for my injured toes. I am deeply upset by this experience and expect a prompt response regarding this matter.
