I went to Fashion Nails about an hour before closing and was still welcomed me in even though it was so close to the end of the day. Lucy did my nails. They were in really bad shape, but she did an amazing job. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and Lucy herself is incredibly kind.She checked in with me every step of the way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. She also explained that the way my nails were done at my last salon had put me at risk of getting fungus. She showed me there were gaps under the old fake nails and builder gel where moisture could get trapped. Even though it was late, she took the extra time to redo everything and make sure my nails were healthy and beautiful. Also I’m in the military and she made sure my nails were to standards!! I highly recommend coming

Lucy is the best! She always exceeds my expectations every time I come in. I really appreciate that she doesn’t rush and takes her time while doing my nails, ensuring every detail is perfect. She’s incredibly attentive, patient, and consistently delivers exactly what I ask for. My nails always come out beautiful and last so well. Asked for French tip with chrome I have a hard time trusting people to do a French tip correctly but after researching and looking at the photo reviews It was safe to assume they would do it correct! And I am very pleased with the outcome of my nails and the price was amazing I only paid about 75$ 80$ after tip was about 90$ staff was friendly and if I had issues with anything they fixed it with out hesitation I will definitely be coming back for my next set

The absolute worst place ever! I go in for a basic pedicure and didn't receive the full service (no pumice scrub, lotion, nor hot towels) they had the nerve to attempt to charge me $90. I then inquired what came on the basic pedicure and confirmed that everything was not done. She then attempted to charge me $53 and yet again I had to remind her you did not complete the full service I literally got my feet soaked for 3 min in water and all she did was polish my toes. I guess there was a girl that works here that came in and heard my frustration and just yells out just give her 15% off. The nerve and lack of care and concern and professionalism I'll NEVER return and will definitely tell everyone I know this is not the place.

I am new to San Antonio and I came here twice and Lucy did a great job..BUT..with that said my 3rd visit I came in before just before Thanksgiving required a repair on 3 of my nails as they had cracked. They were beautiful UNTIL the same 3 nails cracked again.. at that point I knew he had filed my nails way too thin. After removing the acrylic OVERYLAY I had.. My nails had been filed down to the point that I STILL have not had my nails done and they have had to be cut back to nothing. I have naturally thick nails, there is no reason why the 3 were paper thin and I can STILL see the burn marks on my nail beds. I refuse to get my nails done as there is nothing left to file down!! I can’t even get a gel manicure as I am afraid it will result in more damage. I am LIVID!! I have been getting my
