I've been going to Fatimas for years, for the last year I've been requesting same stylist Ms Anna. Today I had but first and last bad experience with them. I called an hour before I got there and told the person who answered the phone and the stylist when I got there what color I wanted(Grey). I've never checked my hair before leaving ,simply because I've always had no problems. When I got home and looked at it, how about it was blonde and not Grey. I'm 60 years old and don't need no damn blonde! I called and told receptionist the problem and she put Ms Anna on the phone who's only reply was sorry next time.. Next time? In another lifetime. Must be under new management because they offered no compensation or do over

The guy here was very understanding I went to get Knotless I paid 220 for and they literally played in my head if you’re wanting Knotless I suggest go else where I literally was in the shop 3 days to get my hair fixed and still not part correctly the older lady did my hair she tried to argue with me saying nothing is wrong when you obviously see it looks a mess they’re just money hungry and their work does not match the prices they charge at all

I have been to this location MANY times! This time, I had quick service and a professional, neat job was done. One suggestion I would make is that the braiders should go a little easier on our edges when braiding our hair. They definitely take pride in catching every little hair up! Other than that, the place is clean and the staff is friendly. The prices are consistent with the type of braiding they are doing. I got crochet braids this time. If you want tree braids, crochet, or another "special" style, you will have to provide your own hair. For the other braids, the hair is included.

Do not go to this braiding shop!! I had to get a quick hairstyle it was a last-minute invite to a birthday. So I asked for two braids. I heard the braided tell the owner cheap cheap cheap and she didn't want to do it. Which is fine. So I took my $40 for my quick easy cheap hairstyle somewhere else. You will never get any from me again. Just go down to Salee's 2500 Buena Vista Rd, Columbus, GA 31906 much better customer service next to wynnton pit..
