i think this is the worst experience i’ve ever had getting my hair done. on sundays, they only take appointments, so i called and asked if they had availability. she immediately told me yes and to come in straight away. i got there about 15 minutes after the call, and the shop was locked. i had to wait outside for 30 minutes before anyone came. i feel like if you weren’t present in the shop at the time, you should give a time estimate of when you would be there, instead of having customers wait half an hour for you…. during my appointment, they ended up running out of hair…. meaning i had to return the next morning, EXTREMELY inconvenient, especially when i’m a student and i had classes that morning. when i got there the next morning, the girl asked me if i had the braiding hair and said t

Just Don’t. I got bohemian Knotless, brought my own hair, paid $250, and even let them keep my left over hair. My braids didn’t even last a week. Got them done Wednesday before Mardi Gras and by Monday I had already lost 4. I reached out to her on Tuesday to fix them and upon going in the shop she fixed my 4 fallen out braids and told me she could do nothing about the ones that were hanging on by a thread WHEN I SHOWED HER MY BRAID SHE SAID IT WAS FINE. YALL IT HIT THE FLOOR WHEN I GOT IN THE CAR.THE SAME BRAID SHE TOLD ME WAS FINE FELL OUT WHEN I GOT IN THE CAR. She me if I read the policy about the 3 day rule…the policy hanging in the corner that no one mentioned!!! Not to mention it was Mardi Gras I literally came on Valentine’s to get them fixed. Her employee also turned the lights off

Definitely will never book here again! Was really looking forward to having my hair done! After a couple of weeks of communicating with the owner about getting some waist length boho braids, I was told I had to purchase my own human hair (for the curls in the braids) only to get to the establishment and have the owner’s sister tell me that the braiding hair is not provided. I am so livid because I had contacted about pricing and specifically asked if braiding hair was included and to travel here only to not be able to get service rendered is an inconvenience and very disappointing. Will not book again. Will not recommend. Only positive thing I CAN say is that they were pleasant despite having inconvenienced me.

Got these done exactly 2 days ago… I was told over the phone that the price for the style I wanted started at $180 , once I made it to the shop she quickly sat me down and never told me the price until my hair was finished. I paid the $250 because I was not trying to cause any confusion but I brung my own hair and the small braids I requested are not even small braids , my parts are more like medium big and she did not tuck my hair in the braids , I went home and was pissed because she didn’t take the time to tuck my hair in my braids but never again ,

Lovely ladies worked on my 12 inch curls for 4hours, and did a fantastic job. Didn't speak any English but could not have been sweeter. Will be back for my rebraid for sure 🥰🥰
