if I could give this place a zero I would. I would never tell any of you to bring yourself there unless you’re willing to have your hair ripped out piece by piece. I only went there for two braids with my hair intact and I should’ve known by the look on the ladies face to turn around. The front of my hair has been completely ripped out because she could not put two French braids in my hair claiming it was too thick. after I told them I did not want to get my hair Blowdried Without an attachment, they are proceeded to blow dry my hair without an attachment and has damaged my hair. I had them take out the braids because they were so uneven, and my part was so crooked. It was a very horrible looking hairstyle. Great Place! Fatima did a phenomenal Job on my hair and accommodated me with the style I wanted. With the type of hair I used I asked for curly ends she said no problem. I also asked if she could help me put accessaries she also did that as well. Very sweet Lady and shop. Will be going again. She also has affordable prices. First the girl couldn’t part the second girl had to step in , then I had to guide her parting the whole time, then I also had to part my own daughter hair, she blow dried her hair even though she already came in blow dried, then tried to blow dry again pulling at her hair so much her neck was bending, I had to step in multiple times, then tried to use a lighter all the way to the top where her own hair is poking out, took 5 hours for braids I could of done in 2, I was so tired I didn’t even realize that the ends of her hair wasn’t even finished, will not be going back How u say sorry and the best , but I never had to leave a salon to finish her hair at home , and had to never to had to hot water it looking like that

Horrible service. Spent $380 for Sloppy work. I didn’t get what I asked for. This is what I walked out with. Unfinished ends. I called to have it fixed and she hung up on me.
