Very rude and disrespectful, she talks to you like she is doing you a favor. Will never go there again. They don’t even know what they are doing. Better off going somewhere.

I went twice, but never went back. They are nice right up until you hand over your money, then the shocking rudeness kicks in--unless you're part of their community. It's head-scratching (pun intended) to think that their resentment of American women runs so deep. Take my advice, don't go there. You'll just end up wasting your money, time, and probably your hair too. The first visit was sorta okay, because I sorta got what I wanted. But, the second time? When I got home I had to takedown my edges, because they were braided so tight that my skin began to swell. The next day I took it all down after paying $200+. But, even with that, the worst part of the experience? Their deep, deep, deep resentment toward American women. I've learned how to do my own braids, thanks to YouTube University.

I paid $360 just to be disappointed and get a complete different style than what I wanted done after showing the stylist the picture of what I wanted 3 times. I will never spend my time or money there again….. I’m beyond disappointed and they love just throwing random prices out at you…

The attention of these people is really bad and they want to charge extremely expensive prices

I absolutely love this salon. Fatima & her daughter hooked me up. They did a phenomenal job with my small box braids and it only took about 3 in a half to 4 hours. The shop is clean, neat and tidy. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves clean hands in their hair and fast results.
