Fatou's African Hair Braiding

I have to say that out of the all the experiences I have had through the years with getting my hair braided … this was the best! Quality Price Value Atmosphere! We watched movies and laughed !! More than worth it !!! Even though my hair was so short they got it done and could have charged me more !! The way she mixed my blondes and gave me a custom look🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥now have a Braider in Brunswick and I’m so excited to get back to my workout!!

I called yesterday to make an appointment as soon as I called they answer the phone like they were bothered them no professionalism. Ended up having a complete misunderstanding of what I wanted. She gave me the wrong price, added $100 and now I needed to go get hair after I asked if I need to go get hair. These people didn’t ask any questions I had to pull any information out of them. It’s like I was truly bothering them to make this appointment. Needless to say I didn’t even get my hair braided at all after going back-and-forth for an hour. I get back now somebody else is in her chair bald at the top hair on the side only and now I gotta wait for her to get them two strands braided oh no, I don’t think so. I left.

I came in from out of town my appointment was at 10:30. They took everyone else but me. I waited for an hour just sitting there and I ended up leaving. I would of paid double the amount of 180 just to get my hair braided and in the chair on time. And I was going to tip well. Be blessed.

I’ve been a customer for the past 7 years. No matter what style I’ve gotten, it’s always been VERY NEAT and professionally done. The prices are consistent and the staff is like family! They’ve always been respectful, kind and friendly! Love my Fatou Family!!

Visiting SSI from Chicago and needed to get knotless braids. First time having my hair done here and loved it! Showed a picture of what I normally get and she did even better. My braids look fantastic. I will be back next year!
